1  another t-skirt! this time, Lichtenstein... in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by xstrangecatx on: July 26, 2006 01:47:00 PM
This cost me absolutely nothing: an old grey t-shirt of my dad's, and a shirt my mum picked up for me at a garage sale equals cute mini with kangaroo pocket! ^_^ (from Generation T)

2  recon tskirt in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by xstrangecatx on: July 26, 2006 01:43:50 PM
Found a massive XL t-shirt at Goodwill and turned it into this:

I'm pretty happy with it, it's of course v. comfortable. ^_~

3  Red hattage! in Knitting: Completed Projects by xstrangecatx on: July 19, 2006 08:11:56 PM
I'm currently obsessed with this hat, even though it is at least 90 every day where I live. Pattern is from Knit.1's Art Issue, yarn is Lion Brand's Microspun. So comfortable and cheery.

(Pardon the unsavory facial expression... heh... this hat makes me... HAPPY!)

4  Arigato, Mr. Roboto in Knitting: Completed Projects by xstrangecatx on: July 19, 2006 08:05:18 PM
Made this bandanna from a Knit.1 pattern- Spring issue I think. I used Lion Brand's Microspun, so it's very comfortable and non-itchy around the forehead area.

(Apologise for relatively bad photo quality, hard to take a shot of the back of one's head.)

Robot I embroidered on the back. I'm not sure how robot-ish he looks, but I'm kind of fond of him. >_>

5  Slightly Modified Punk Rock Backpack in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by xstrangecatx on: July 17, 2006 12:53:45 PM
I knit this quite a while ago, about a year actually. It was a rabbit face chart, but I shortened the ears to make it a cat and sewed on pink beads for whiskers. The picture is kind of bad, so it's hard to tell but the kitty is a light pink.

I'd be interested to know how many of you have made this backpack and if you modified it, how so!
