oh, pretty!  It's fantastic, well done!  I have to show Smootch - she is going to adore your shiny golden dress.  I haven't made up a 3/4 circle skirt yet but it's on my list of things to try.  I'm also looking forward to action pics Smiley

I love seeing how far I can push an outfit past it's outgrown date by adding bits or reconstructing slightly.  I've never added a ruffle, though.  I'll have to add it to my bag of tricks.

Brilliant fabric!  I think the black capris are exactly what the tunic's needed - something understated to display the fabric and contrasting band.  love them Smiley

petticoat, yes!  It also screams for a pair of red shoes.  Or lime green boots... I may be going through a footwear phase

Thank you all!

Tuff, my little man is a monster Cheesy

Aisy, you can find a pattern for it in my etsy - it's the Revolutions Frock.  I will have a tutorial for the yoke assembly up on my blog later on today too.

Hello all!  This is me fighting the pre-spring gloom with bright and happy clothes, perhaps a bit too close to clownish.

Yoke dress with apron and circle skirt, all made with virgin fabric I found at a thrift store  - I always dig through the pile, I never know what I'm going to find.  The polka dot portion is actually a knit I stabilized with some light weight fusible interfacing, which I'm also sure is older than me.

and some raglan tees, made with various bits of old t shirts

(this one actually began as a collared onesie)

(my favorite one of all!)

(the back side of the nautical star one)

(my going too fast to take a proper picture dd - you'll have to believe me there is a heart applique on the front.)

Questions and comments welcome!
