1  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / May Day/Kentucky Derby/Housewarming on: March 26, 2004 07:39:34 PM
Hello!

I'm new and could use some suggestions. My hubby and dachshunds and I will be giving a May Day/Kentucky Derby/Housewarming Party. Any menu ideas?! Since it's a housewarming, I'd like to keep it fairly simple. People will bring food, and I'd like my stuff to be thematic.

There will be mint juleps and Derby Pie, for the race, and something with strawberries (Huh) for May Day. Any other ideas? Prizes for the wackiest hats. A May Pole...

Any ideas?!
Thankyaverymuch.
