I am completely in love with those fabrics!!!! Could you share your sources? I've never been able to find fabrics like that.

Sounds like an awesome idea, but I see two problems. Packing them too tight might make the path slippery/hard to walk on so I'd suggest leaving space between them and putting decorative sand, rocks or really short groundcover plants between them.

The other problem concerns winter. Frozen ground and freezing/melting of water and snow will crack the glass

Still I thinks it's really unique if you pull it off.

Very retro! I think you should do another one an a HUGE sheet of canvas, but then again, that's just me.

Vintage is anything older then 25 years (at least as far as cars are concerned) and antique is older then 50-100 years depending on the particular item and your sources.

That's beautiful! The colour is perfect. I'm in love with the bottom part of the scalloped edging. How did you do that? Could you possibly post a pattern or chart for the last few rows, or even just name the stitches?

Oh god, I played a Bundy alto sax once and almost died from horror.

You could use a functional clarinet as a lamp, just pull off the mouth piece and run the electrical cord through the clarinet with the bulb socket resting on top of the neck. Just don't glue or cut anything and you can reassemble the clarinet if someone wants to play it. Just watch out for heat and warping of the instrument and what not. Does that make any sense?
