11  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Crafty ornaments for your x-mas tree swap? on: September 29, 2006 02:06:50 PM
There's nothing sweeter than handmade ornaments hanging in your Christmas tree. I love them, especially the non-conventional ones! There is so many possibilities (crocheted, knitted, polymer clay, sewn, shrinky dinks, beaded, etc...) Would anyone else be interested in joining such a swap?

12  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Squary bag on: March 01, 2006 08:18:41 PM
Made this bag for my youngest sister's friend.
She bought the fabrics and I did the rest! Cheesy
I put in a pocket and a little velcro closure inside the bag.
The outside fabric (stretchy denim) was such a pain in the butt.  Angry

I made this bag two days ago.
It's a Jordy style bag. What a great tutorial!  Cheesy

I love brown and dark teal, it's such a nice color combination. And the gold thread adds a nice touch. I'm in love with the flower.

So here it is...

I'm keeping this bag... just for myself! I usually end up giving away the bags I make.
14  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / envelope bag/clutch? on: February 09, 2006 09:15:11 AM
I want to make a envelope style clutch and I found this tutorial :
but the pictures for the tut are no longer there  Cry

By looking at the pictures of the bag itself, I have a bit of an idea on how I should make it. But if someone could help me out with this one, that would be great!

Thank you!  Smiley

A few days ago while I was at my friend's house, she gave me a big pile of fabric that she had laying around in her basement. She had no use for it.

So today, to thank her, I made her this very summery bag.  Cheesy
