My favourite is probably the second one- reminds me of horse races and masquerades =)
Fun!

What a beautiful tailored suit! So it's property of your school? You can't wear it?

5  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Cherry blossoms-in-winter inspired wire necklace~ on: May 11, 2007 05:37:56 PM
=)
Thanks for the kind comments guys..
Myklia- I hope you recover enough to craft again! I'd go nuts without working on something crafty..And kudos on your knitting obsession! I'd love to knit but sadly can't hold even tension!

Junquette- glow in the dark beads?! hahaha.. didn't think of that.. but I guess it would look more techy/cyberish/modern! Hmmm.. I think you could quite easily make some beads like this from polymer clay? It would be a cheaper way to make this necklace. Agate isn't cheap! =p

July-July- thanks! LBD. I'll remember that! lol =)
6  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Pasta Carbonara - without cream? on: May 10, 2007 05:26:37 AM
I tried Alhrayth's recipe, and it worked a treat!
So easy and simple too!! ...
I added some mushrooms tho.. It was surprisingly tasty for such a boring looking dish!
(I also used some butter instead of olive oil... just coz i LOVE butter.. )
THanks!!! x j

I'm very impressed with your tutorial..
As a n00b sewer, I'm tempted to try your tutorial!! (~ that's a compliment! =) )
Thanks for putting in the time for this!

Oh, and your cartoon drawing skills are awesome!

Hey hey..
Umm.. a potentially stupid question: but what does LBD stand for?

And if you guys want a really brief tute (coz i think it's fairly easy to work out) I could whip one up?? .. Only if it'll be useful?Helpful? =)
9  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: First attempts at resin Origami pendants on: May 06, 2007 05:37:30 AM
They look so professionally made! It's hard to believe it's your first attempt! Perhaps it's your natural talent! =p

Were they easy to make?
I don't know a thing about resin..

Hey thanks guys!

violentlyknits- Unfortunately i didn't make the beads.. I don't know anything about lapidary- other than it takes some skill to smooth and cut the semiprecious stones! =)

I don't think i've ever had a "this rocks" for any of my things!?!
=) Thanks nirauan.. you've made my day!
