Hullo, all! I've always been interested in crocheting (well, ever since my mom taught me how to start a chain... and that was the only thing I could do for years...

) so... I decided to actually try and make something...
*cough* I'm not the craftiest person ever... but I love using my hands!!

So...
I made a scarf... and a clutch purse thingy that I'll probably use as a calculator case... erm...
The scarf was a bit of an accident, really. I was just practicing half-double crochet (I think) and I ended up running out of red yarn (that was just lying around the house)... and I didn't want to just stop... so it ended up being two-toned in the weirdest way. Not to mention half soft and half not so soft.... But it actually turned out bearably fine... (and strangely enough goes with the new uniform my school just put in place... argh)
The clutch was made with one of the tutorials on the list... Crochet is addicting... and I love seeing all the projects here! Heh. Now I'm inspired and have to go find books on crocheting (since I don't know anybody who can teach me.

)
The scarf: (on the table... ignore the strange springish tablecloth...)

The clutch: (and my uber geeky calculator...)
