Ok, I know this is a salad, but it's so, so nice!
My friend shared the recipe with me ages ago.
Basically, it's a tin of tuna, a couple of grated carrots, a big grated apple, a handful of raisins and a handful of seeds/nuts such as seasame/poppy, pinenuts, sunflower seeds, etc. Mix it all up with a little bit of mayonaise or olive oil if you're feeling good.
It's also really healthy and good for you, if you care about such things.
