A week away?     Ooh, I better get cracking!  Not long now!  I've only got a few more little bits to do.

I have 3 a4 folders full of technical photographic crap to start and complete in the next 4 weeks (yeah, should have started it months ago but oh well.   ) so I think I'm going to be super busy!

How's everyone doing?  I've been plodding on slowly, but will get a lot done this weekend, as my boyfriend now can't come visit me   (I'll cope :p)

I am doing quite well, going into town today (my parents have left me to my own devices for weekend so am in charge of looking after younger brother) to buy you some lovely fabric!!!  Yay!  And finally started planning properly now I've sent for the the other swap so am just off to note you with annoying questions.

Oh sorry I didn't see this until now!  Looks like it's all sorted out now though.   

I haven't heard from my partner either.  On other swaps we've noted back and forth all the time.  I think I might note her to see how she's doing!  I guess some people are just not as obsessive as me.     I'm almost ready to send too, just need a few more little bits. 

This is driving me mad, mainly because I know what I want but I can't seem to find a pattern, OR any sort of visual, and I'm not really experienced enough to be able to just design my own thing.   

Okay, so today I bought some gorgeous hand dyed yarn, but because it was expensive I couldn't buy much, so I thought I'd try and make myself a scarf/neckpiece type thing...  But I can't find any patterns or anything anywhere!  I really want something more like a scarf than a neckpiece, but with a twist.  Like, all different stitches and gauges.  Just something other than the average long straight scarf in garter or rib.
