Here are some pics of what Dayzi sent me from Abbottstown/Hanover, PA:

The whole she-bang! It includes a tote bag made from duct tape and an Utz potato chip bag (awesome and filled with yummy Utz goodness and Snyder pretzels); a mini Hershey's chocolate bar necklace (in honor of nearby Hershey Park; a CD of the band Live (from York, PA--my DH stole the CD); magnets from a local ice cream store that looks way cute; ice cream cone playing cars; postcards (including a vintage PA postcard that is definitely a favorite); tons of brochures and local papers that I've already started perusing and a bonus gift which really touched me--earrings made from little coffee mugs that have my name on them, spelled correctly! (she saw my post on the unusual name swap--how thoughtful is that?).

My favorite of course is the bag:

I'm originally from NY and they don't have Utz in Texas so I was all nostalgic about it. plus they have a huge Utz advertisement at Yankee Stadium (my personal mecca) so i love it! It's holding my knitting right now!

I took close-up pictures of the necklace and earrings but they didn't come out at all. I'll try again tonight and post them if I'm successful!

Thank you Dayzi! You rock!

4  Re: Yet another Princess Snowball bed in Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller by yogineo on: May 10, 2006 10:07:25 AM

I finished this a few weeks ago and finally got around to taking a picture.  Unfortunately Neo won't remove his fatty butt from the bed but I thought it was a cute pic anyway.  The inside is light blue to match my decor.  Now I need to make one for my tabby Yogi, because he's looking kind of desperate:
