I love your pages, but I especially love the sentiment. My hubby left for basic training June 17, and he's on his second stage of training now, but we've only had a few weekends together, and now he's about 8 hours away, so he'll get home for Thanksgiving this weekend (we're Canadian), and then at Christmas, but that's pretty much it. He wasn't able to get back for the birth of our daughter (his first), either. I started a scrapbook for the same reason, but I ended up running out of steam partway through the summer and putting it away. I'm hoping to get it out and keep working on it, and yours is very inspirational for me. Great job!

Just what I need, another site to get addicted to! *lol* I put my name on the list, so hopefully an invite comes by sometime in the nearish future, I need as much as I can to keep me busy while the hubby is away.

Anything rainbow is automatically awesome in my books. And kudos to you for being able to yell at the TV, I can't even bring myself to stop on channels that feature the Hiltons at all.
10  CROCHET / Crochetalongs / Re: Scarf Crochetalong on: October 01, 2007 01:47:34 PM
Right now I'm working on a scarf that's part of a hat, scarf, and mitten set for a friend, using a pattern from the book "100 Crochet Patterns". It's really pretty, but the stitch pattern is taking a little while - it could take me a few weeks to finish *lol* I don't have as much time to crochet as I'd like these days.
