Congrats on finishing your first sock! Thats a task completed that you should be proud of. I took a class on knitting socks on two circulars, and um well that one 1st sock has been sitting 3/4 way finished on those two needles for about a year now just waiting....

As someone who is going into teaching,,,, I think I would cry if I received this.  I think it is so nice you took time to craft something to show your appreciation for his teacher. Its a brilliant idea and not corney at ALL! I think Im gonna craftlift this idea to adapt for something else too!

To explain to some who might wonder why I sent you a picture subjecting you to attack by bears, well she had wisted an item from Edward Goreys "Gashleycrumb Tinies" -an alphabet book where each poor tot meets his demise! So I changed one of the names in the story to hers ( it used to be B is for Basil) and here you go!
I was so worried crafting for a Moderator- but I was experimenting with this printmaking technique that I thought would suit his style perfectly.
