Thankyou both serenityinsleep and vampirebunny. I've had great results with a strong pink/purple put ontop of orange hair, but I'm trying for a pure pink now. I think I'm possibly going for the ironic/confused look because I'm a little bit of a tomboy but hell, pink cheers me up because it's unusual to me.  Cheesy

Photos to come, at some point.  Smiley
3  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Show off your hair! And questions about hair styles! on: January 30, 2006 11:58:10 AM
Guys can I ask a really boring question?

I'm utterly bored with my hair and think a dose of pink will cheer me up. But, my hair is black and bleaching in the past has never gotten past the orangey stage (even when I let it sit for ages). My hair is regularly damaged from straightening irons so bleaching leaves it in a crappy state, has anyone with similarly damaged hair tried bleaching it twice or gone to a very very light colour with no problems?

Help me out and I'll post my dyed-hair when its done, I pwomise.  Grin

that's it, i'm not a beauty, but i do my best

I like that quote. Seeing your flame red short hair made me feel nostalgic about having short hair again....ahhh *goes into dreamy state* If only I could pull the short look off. Damn.  Cheesy

Anyway, I love the idea of not being ashamed of anxiety issues, although slightly counter-productive (because it may mean the wearer is happy to be un-happy!) but I'll get back to you if I think of any ideas... Smiley

I know this is sort of cheating, but some the stuff on thinkgeek.com rules. I want the shirt that says "Resistance is futile, if < 1 Ohm" for my birthday!

I'm an engineering student so I love this sorta stuff. Keep 'em coming.  Cheesy
