Yes, I would give someone something with a mistake in it. I have given gifts with known mistakes. I like to think that any imperfections in my projects add character. It makes each gift/project unique.
3  COOKING / Recipes and Cooking Tips / Re: Pizza dipped in WHAT? on: December 22, 2008 05:33:44 PM
In high school, my boyfriend would mix ketchup and mayo together then smear it on the pizza slice. He rolled it and ate it like a burrito. So basically he made 1000 Island dressing. Luckily, I didn't have lunch with him.

I love garlic butter sauce.

I agree that they should be worked in the round. It is a really easy pattern and I thought about switching it to being worked in the round but I always like to try a pattern the way it was written first and I didn't feel like frogging it.

I always follow the pattern the first time, too. I also hate to frog. Will you make them again? Any other pointers about this pattern?

I love the shape of these.  I wonder why they designed them with a seam when it's so simple to do them in the round?

THey are lovely. Great job. I agree that it would be easy to crochet in the round. I avoid seams as a rule. They always look wonky when I do them.  Embarrassed

The white dots are an illusion. Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain. It is cool though.
