1  Dead..uh..Live Fish Hat in Knitting: Completed Projects by andy8715 on: December 04, 2013 09:58:16 AM
I recently completed the Fish Hat [Dead or Alive?].  This is the biggest knitting project I've ever done, and my first on circular needles.

Here's a link to the project page: http://www.ravelry.com/projects/andy8715/fish-hat-dead-or-alive

3  DPN case in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by andy8715 on: June 11, 2012 10:42:49 PM
I'm a Hufflepuff in the Harry Potter Knitting & Crochet House Cup group on Ravelry.  I'm on hiatus from the game this month because I had carpal tunnel release surgery on the 24th of May so I've been going crazy with boredom since I can't do handwork.  I bought a few sets of DPNs on eBay a couple of weeks ago and decided I wanted to make a case to keep them as well as my other sets of DPNs organized.  I also wanted to make a Hufflepuff themed (sort-of) item.  So here is my case:

4  What did I do wrong? in Knitting: Discussion and Questions by andy8715 on: March 04, 2012 02:41:19 PM
There's a weird looking spot on my knitting.  I'm a total newb to knitting and am not sure what this is. Where the stitches are slanted.

I've almost completed this gal's clothes and props.  I'm waiting till then to post her but I thought I would post an old pic of her before I put her arms and legs on.

Since then I've also fixed the tilt to her head and trimmed her hair a bit.

6  Shamrock pincushion in Completed Projects by andy8715 on: February 14, 2009 04:08:51 PM
I wanted a new pincushion because all I had was a dinky sawdust filled one that I really dislike.
I picked a black fabric that has a green shamrock design so that it would go good with my white-headed pins.  This picture is horrible but I wanted to share it.

I made a mini but I'm thinking the head is a little small/odd shaped for the body.  Perhaps it will look better with hair.  What do you guys think?

This is the fabric and yarn combination I got.  I'm not too sure about the yarn.  Undecided
