1  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: I love you bones and all!!! on: August 11, 2009 08:06:39 AM
I thought people here would find this interesting. I showed my mom this post (she loves the shirt by the way), and she told me that there was a couple of skeletons unearthed, discovered in an embrace. I thought that was fascinating, and here is a link to a story on the subject, with picture (does it look familiar?): http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,251681,00.html
2  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Paper Crafts: Completed Projects: General / Re: Coffee Filter Roses UPDATED 4/8/09 With Final Wedding Bouquet on: April 27, 2009 07:25:56 PM
These are beautiful! And to think I just bought a lovely, super-realistic silk rose from Michael's, when I could have made one instead. They are really wonderful; I am going to have to try them.

For people wanting to scent their roses, I don't know how it will work on paper, but I put several drops of my Honeysuckle Delight Lampe Berger oil on the silk rose I bought, and after the alcohol evaporated, it smells EXACTLY like a real rose! Lampe Berger oil is pricey though, but there are probably other honeysuckle-scented things out there to try. I also think Orange Blossom has a nice "rosey" scent. I have never run across a scent actually marked "rose" that smelled as much like a real one as either of these.

I don't know anything about cross-stitch but I love Avatar. This is awesome!
5  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Not sure if these belong in here or quilting.... lots of photos on: April 23, 2009 06:25:43 PM
They all are great, but I particularly love the jellyfish, purple tree, and peacock feather!

How cute! I want a tiny teapot!
7  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / Re: My Craft Room! ^_^ (pic intensive) on: April 23, 2009 09:01:37 AM
I am so jealous. I just KNOW I'd be much more productive with such a neat, pretty room to craft in! I wish I could be so organized! I don't have a crafting room right now and currently all my stuff is kept in my bedroom, mostly shoved under the bed. :-(

9  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Re: Corset Sachets & Pattern plus luggage tag on: April 20, 2009 06:37:59 PM
Love these! I would like to make some for myself and for gifts. How large are the satchets?
10  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Completed Projects / Re: Spring Time on: April 20, 2009 06:34:50 PM
Very beautiful! If I saw this in a store (which I wouldn't because stores never seem to carry things this unique and pretty), I'd buy it!
