I was wondering if anyone has any ideas for a cell phone case that doesnt involve knitting or crocheting (its too hard!) Mines getting all wrecked from being thrown around so I should protect it...

I was thinking today about some new ideas for craftster...I had more ideas but I just forgot...I'll post them when I remember.

I'm making a knee length skirt from an old pleated skirt thats too small (I'm cutting off the waistband and making a new one.)
And I wanted to add black tulle so its showing at the bottom (its gonna be longer than the skirt by less than an inch)...and I was wondering how I would sew the tulle on so that it would be kinda ruffled looking and not just straight across the skirt???
