Sssssss...My Husband's Worst Nightmare

Inspired by a Sssssssnake. Modeled by the lovely Miss Adeline who thinks a snake wrapped round the head makes for a super cool hat.

I received my package from sooper_nikki!

Box of homemade sugar cookie mix, crochet bag filled with orange spice teas (including those little pyramid packs that I've been wanting to try), tea mug with an ultra cool cozy, wooden tea box with a tea pot stenciled on the outside and a cup on the inside, and a tea timer that says "tea time".

Thank you so much Nikki!  Nikki was right in the middle of moving to another state and she still had time to make some wonderful tea time things for me.  Hope your  move goes well!

I received from Bente last Friday and here are the fabulous results of the package opening (well, ripping apart, actually):

The coin purse is pyramid shaped formed by swirls with added bead embellishments AND it was FILLED with BUTTONS!  Oh, I do love buttons!  She also included two pairs of earrings that have the teeniest little dice on them (my daughter's have their eyes on them already), a quilted animal notebook that has the most wonderful quilting designs on it, and an abstract painting for my new sewing room.

Thanks so much Bente!

Swap pictures from Edel in Ireland!
Totally awesome (yes, I'm a product of the 80s) recycled wool sweater bag, hat and mouse pad for the hubby
Fabric!!!!Yeah!!!I love the lace best of all.  Then there's that linen with the little gnome-like characters on it (I will be giving it some trim so it can be a holiday table runner), and the sparkly-orangey-reddy-stretching fabric.
...And of course the bag was filled with trinkets!  The disco balls are to die for.  The chocolates were originally more numerous--somebody must have eaten them.

Thank you Edel!  You're an awesome swapper!

6  Re: Largest Craftster ATC swap GALLERY in The Swap Gallery by kluckingbear on: November 23, 2006 12:34:56 PM
Everyone's cards are so creative--it amazes me how many different and new ideas are out there!

I received my card last week, but my daughter had my camera stashed in her room.  Just found it.

By alwaysinmyroom.  This is her first ATC ever.  She's a sewing maniac, thus the sewing theme.  Love the mini pattern!  Thank you so much!
