1  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Have you felted Noro Silk Garden? on: May 15, 2007 07:26:15 PM
I haven't personally but a friend had a horrifying time with it.  Might just be her, but give it some thought, maybe...  Good luck, it's beautiful stuff.
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Mason Dixon Bibs & Puke Rag... er... Burp Cloth :) on: April 21, 2007 09:18:25 AM
Thank you for the inspiration!  I've been thinking of making these for a coworker.  The fact is I don't like her enough to make something more expensive/labor intensive, but I feel obligated to do something nonetheless.  :-D  Yours turned out beautifully, if mine turn out half as nice she won't even guess I dislike her!     Grin

Love the lining fabric, it's very pretty and a nice contrast to the utilitarian book cover...  :-D

This is the greatest purse EVER!  I would buy the book solely for this project...I LOVE IT!  I know I'm out of the loop somehow, but where is the fabric from?
9  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Stitch And BOTCH / Re: Dog/Pet-related Botches? on: April 21, 2007 07:07:12 AM
You poor thing!  One night I accidentally left an entire ball of kidsilk haze (super fuzzy, super fine yarn for you non-knitters) out with my kitties.  The next morning when I woke up my home looked as though it were overcome my fuzzy pink spiderwebs...egads.    Wink
