761  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Misc. Gift Idea Brain Blockage / Re: "_____ in a box" gift ideas. on: December 19, 2005 06:12:39 PM
Has anyone ever made a "Boyfriend/Girldriend In A Box"? I am thinking of making one for a BIL who hasn't had a date in years Tongue Any ideas of what I could include?

My idea is exactly the same as Tomico's. Here is a diagram that I was fiddling with (I am making a similar thing for the long wall of my new craft room).

There are litterally endless possibilities Cheesy

That came out awefully small, it has wording on it, http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d31/taradk/example.jpg

Never mind, stupid photobucket Angry

Thank you Dustin Smiley I also just realized that I spelled Dobby wrong Tongue Oh well, they haven't been printed yet. Still have plenty more to try out, maybe some more basic shapes to start out with. Not sure yet :/

Okies, so I am a newbie to the site, and must admit I adore it Cheesy Now, I plan on overhauling most of my clothes, into items that I will actually enjoy wearing, lol. So, I came up with a few stencils for some grey tank tops. Haven't decided which to start with, or even if they are do-able Tongue All came from dingbats (yuppers, I am dingy for dingbats, rofl). Any comment or crits? (keep in mind I just made these stencils tonight, and have yet to make the shirts).

I am also fooling with my celebrity photos (I'm a huge male celeb hound), and coming up with some ideas for my family (bear themed pillow casings for mom, chimp pillow case for dad, etc).

Thanks for reading!

How is this:

I simply used his image (almost exact) from the Harry Potter dingbats (I collect fonts, lol, now they come in handy Tongue).

Hmm, you can download the ding bats from DaFont (I have Prime Directive & TNGcast). They make awesome stencils Cheesy

You can also find a dingbat font (Doctor Who 2006, from DaFont). Dalek included ^.^

My heart skipped a beat when I saw this thread! I am soooooo into DK that it's sickening Tongue

Anyways, I've started working on a stencil myself (last night actually), but haven't come up with anything that looks 'right'. I'm fiddling with my art programs to see if I can get the pic to look good (I'm using a newer one from "Numbers"). So, if I manage to make anything decent, I will post it here Smiley

PS Awesome idea Cool
