22  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: The best darn tampon holder ever! on: August 16, 2006 03:27:09 PM
This is genius.  What a great idea!  I just need to find something similar that can fit a super-size tampon... Hmmm.

I'm trying to think of stuff for you & others who read, who need something a lil' larger...

If you use the kind with a cardboard applicator, then the only thing I can think of would be a travel toothbrush holder.  But that would be conspicuous, which defeats our purpose. I'll think on that... and anyone who uses this kind, should think about switching!  Wink

As for OB-style, but larger of course... um. Not as sturdy as the Bonne Bell, but still an option... a paper roll for quarters (or possibly nickels)! You know the kind you roll them in, to exchange for paper money?
And our $ stores carry those lipstick cases, with the tiny mirror and just enough room for a tampon! That's what I used for a long time, until my purse got stolen a few years ago.

I'm still with the brainstorming here... Grin

Edited to add: How about one of these?
It's an M&M's mini container. Sorry the pic is so small, I couldn't find a better one. The only drawback I can think of is having people (who don't know) ask you for some candy!

[I see you got the lil bugger!  Smiley  Congrats & thank you so much for the support!

Yay!!! Grin  I mean... yes, I did! And I'm so happy I was able to help, too!
Now I'll probably be just as fickle with that icon as I am with my avatar!  Cheesy

Okay, here I go... I'm in SC (in the US).

The list of 3:

.1.  A glass etching kit, with alphabet stickers to make cool drinking glasses. See here: http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=17742.0 (I'd supply the glasses, lol.)
.2.  Shrinky dink sheets! Regular's great, but printer style would rock!
.3.  Yarn. Any kind except 'novelty' (eyelash, fur, etc.). Any color, but I especially like variegated! Yum.  Thanks, zenochka!

Those are so cute--and I posted over there.  Be sure to share your next mini-treat, okay?  Btw, the close-up of the mini burger is really good.  Got any experience as a food photographer?!  Wink

SO cute! I thought it was clay, too. Wow. What a great idea. It's amazing to me how differently people's minds work--creatively.  Cheesy

I thought of Stewart Little, too, when I found out it was food!  Grin

I'm still very excited about this swap!  Since nothing's been posted in a whopping four days...  Roll Eyes (I'm obsessive, apparently.)

Just thought I'd check in about the time this thing might start. Are you still aiming for, what, the end-of-August-ish for sign ups?
