This is one of my favorite movies. You did a wonderful job on the costume.

I love these!  How pretty are they going to be with cookies or other goodies on them!

I know we all have a few of those candle holders laying around...I seem to get them as gifts each year...hmmm--may I ask what type of glue you use and is it washable and safe for foods?

I used epoxy glue(hobby lobby brand), I can't guarantee that its 100% safe but it becomes very hard so you would have to try really hard to chip it off.

I was told at the craft store that it could withstand the heat/moisture of a dishwasher but I wouldn't chance it. I would hand wash only.

But I couldn't help myself. I made two one for my mom and one for me...the tricky part is deciding who gets which one cause I love them both. I used epoxy glue, thrifted plates and candle stick holders. I came up just under 12 bucks.

This one came out a little wonky but I still love it.

Thanks for looking.

Something in the jewelry dish isn't really jewelry, can you spot it?

I was inspired by this AWESOME blog I follow
http://violetlebeaux.com/2009/12/day-7-deco-headphones-tutorial/ She's a super cute blogger from down under but enough about my blog crush.

Here are mine.

As you can see my stud makes it kind of awkward for the earbud in my left ear

I just love how they sparkle
9  REUSING/RECYCLING/RECRAFTING / What the heck can I do with THIS? / Re: Old bras... on: October 22, 2010 04:29:51 PM
I've heard that there's a big demand for bras in some African countries, because there currently isn't much manufacturing of bras available. So you donate them to a local charity?

I love this idea! Its perfect cause most of the bras I have are in good condition.
