1  Re: Gwennabe Zim Hat! in Knitting: Completed Projects by annabianca on: January 25, 2005 01:42:05 PM
I liked your hat so much that I tried to make one too.
Unfortunatly, I'm not as talented as you are ; I only came up with this (don't look at my face : it was getting late when I was done)

2  Skirts, skirts, skirts in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by annabianca on: April 12, 2004 11:00:14 AM
I make skirts and other stuffs. Usually, I work with 'real' fabric and a pattern.
I decided to follow my instinct
Skirt #1 & #2 are made from 1 buck pillowcases bought in a sort of Salvation Army store (Notre Dame des Sans-Abris).
For #3, I convinced my dad to save one pair of his old jeans and sewed the hem of an old petticoat (I don't remember where it comes from).

So, what do you think ?

3  Re:sewing box? in What the heck can I do with THIS? by annabianca on: February 29, 2004 09:46:29 AM
My sewing box looks like that (it's a toolbox actually) .
I use little photo film containers for buttons, needles ... and all the little stuff.
I also use Ziploc bags for bigger stuffs like ribbons, bias...
