I am trying to make a Sony PSP cozy for a friend of mine's birthday, anybody ever make one?? Or know how to help me out. He is a guy, and he either wants a bag or a cozy, I don't know what either should be or look like, so any and all help and suggestions are much appreciated. If you don't know what the Sony PSP is here is a link,
Sorry for the blurry pics, but let me know what you guys think, I did a version of this bag at OhMyStars, fab-o site btw....; http://img15.photobucket.com/albums/v44/ohmystars/tss/tut-totebag.gif But, the bag was made by using an old t-shirt I got at Steve and Barry's Sportshop for $5.98, that says Super Model, a plain white tee for the inside, and then I used some white rope type string that I had from along time ago for the handles, and then I tied a bit of some gold ribbon that I got off my x-mas gift.
Okay, so I have been sewing off and on since I was 14, so its been about 7 years or so. Anyways... I never really made anything that I wanted to wear, I have done more purses, alterations and stuff, but nothing like this, I recently saw this tute; http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=10790.0 and had to make my own little version, sorry in advance for the blurry pics, but I don't have my own digital camera, so I had to use my camera phone, so here it is;
I made these for my sis who is going off to college in January for her dorm room, The fabric I got in the remnant section at JoAnn Fabrics, it was a yard for $2.50. And I used some brown fabric I had laying around for the back, and then I bought some pick ribbon for $0.50/spool on sale, so, all and all I spent $3 for her pillows, she got these as a christmas present too, she really liked them, so did my older sis, she wanted some for her house, soooo when I finish those I will post them too. I used some pillows I had laying around my room, btw... , lol!!!
