with the posters, it depends how big youwant them.
ifyou want giant, maybe make yourown using http://homokaasu.org/rasterbator/  as to the movie posters, keep trytofind companies that buy them diirectly from WB and such, and dont just buy the image, because
1. they're worth more (ascend in value)
2. you know that the posterpapers strong, & wont fade

a while ago, when shrek 2 came outon dvd, i went to a local video hire shop n got 4 giant lifesize character cutouts of pussinboots, shrek, princess, & donkey for free, cos otherwise they just go in the trash. try asking around and seeif they have any ones they wanna get rid of. try video hires,  cinemas etc. ucouldprobably find a dukesofhazzard or the aristocrats poster if u looked hard enough!

maybe put an extra question on swap forms, like'how much areyou willing/able to spend on this swap?'. i think that might come into it a bit, as a large item,1 swapper might spend $30> on materials and an hour crafting, while the other might dspend $5 on materials and 4 hours crafting. get what i mean?

  I am a very visual person..drawings or pictures always help me more than anything else...Aside from that when you are sewing, it is a very good idea to show specifically what your problem is...I am almost certain that a ton of suggestions will come after that...

i dont mean to bring down the thread, but i think it is REALLY important that you get a copyright down on these things, especially if you plan on selling these. maybe keep a record of magazines or things like that that show dates  so that theidea cant be u no, stolen>?

I would definitely wait until this round is over or close to over to start the next signups.  It will save you some work (or at least spread the work out  ).  Also, I think it should be a definite requirement that someone be clear in the first (second, thrid, etc.) round.  Just my thoughts. 

I'm going to try to wait until the majority have sent, at least, to start signups for the next one.  I think we should make it so that you have to be clear for the first (second, third) to sign up for the upcoming one, what do you all think?  The second one's signup would have to be just a longer signup period, I think.  So in a week we could start signups for the next one and let it run about two weeks or three weeks?  Ahhh, it's been a long tiring weekend, can you tell?  I'm just rambling now.

its a good plan, but vampirebunny and i are sending overseas (i dont know if we are the only ones) so depending on the swap some may take longer to send/recieve, and i really do not want to miss out on the next!
