I used Lorraine Major's Quickie Baby Sweater pattern which is available free online. It is also known as the 5 Hour Baby Sweater  . Took me more like 5 days but it's a good pattern and it was fun to knit. I used most of a 3 oz skein of Wool-Ease on size 9 needles. I knit both sleeves on one circular needle using the magic loop technique. I think they turned out well and I don't see any laddering. 

I'm not sure what size it is. Does anyone out there have a real baby they can measure? (This is a gift.) The back length is 8.5", the chest is 19" and the sleeve length (underarm) is 4.75 inches. Hope it fits her sometime!
