I made these pendants for a teacher friend of mine, who is going to give one to each of her colleagues, after, what sounds like .... ONE LONG SCHOOL YEAR!
I hope they all like them...I have such respect and gratitude for teachers.
A new Farmer's Market in Mid Michigan will be opening up in Mid July.
We're taking applications now, and spaces are quickly filling up!
Looking for unique artists who would love to be a part of a brand new endeavor. Art must be handmade by the artisan, NO RESELLING whatsoever. (Lia Sophia, Candlelite Candles)...you get the drift.
Market Days are Thursdays and Saturdays. I will also be holding special Art and Crafts events throughout the year, concentrating on the Holiday Season.
Please contact me...Karen (FireChickTick) for more details.
I've got it b-a-a-a-a--a-d. Spring will never get here, it seems. Michigan got dumped with another foot of snow, which is melting! It's gotta get here soon!

I'm in the throws of SPRING FEVER! We're gradually seeing this big, yellow, bright, warm thing in the sky here in Michigan...the sun? Is THAT what it is?
SOooo..to honour this phenomenon we call Spring, or in Michigan, LATE WINTER...here's some candies.
I think these would look soooo pretty with a plain white top, or a cute sundress.
This happens every year at this time. Michigan winters are so brutal. I need bright, happy, cheery flowers, and I need them NOW!
I made these pendants out of clear glass with millefiore sandwiched between. I'm pretty thrilled with them, especially the orange one. (I'm making one for myself right now!)
