Anyone up for a Law and Order Swap? I am addicted to law and order and craftster. Why not mix the two? I noticed several ppl love law and order....so just a thought.

    

Anyone up for a pug swap? I saw a ton of cute pug items and clothes and would love to do something with that. We are outnumbered by pugs at our house, and they love the craft room. Any takers?

I found this chair at Goodwill and thought...god that is awful and itchy... and then the light came on and I thought it would make a great chair for the craftster challenge. The first Challenge I did (the light) turned out horrible, so I felt I must redeem myself and I think I have at least improved.

I painted, recovered, added height to the back piece, a pocket on the backside and added a custom footstool that pulls out.

OK...so this is my first challenge through Craftster. I figured it would maybe help get me out of a creative funk. I saw the challenge...looked around the room and did this the same night. After seeing all the very cool entries..I wish I had taken more time but that is what the next challenge is for. BTW..I am extremely into glitter lately and I wanted to make something that would make me smile and shine every time I saw it. It is all from random stuff in my studio. It just evolved with no plan.

Finished Lamp


I took apart an old lamp and got all the insides and attached them to the box.


I covered the outside just to give it some color on the back and then glittered the inside with gold and chocolate brown glitter.

Lamp turned on. The picture didn't turn out great, but I wanted to show it works.
