2  IMAGE REPRODUCTION TECHNIQUES / Stenciling: Completed Projects / Re: skeletons and skulls, sneakers, more humpicorns, and some bamboo *images!!!* on: February 07, 2006 01:46:58 PM
hmm...my buddy Brook has redubbed the humpicorns "screwnicorns" ..obviously closer to unicorns but there's something so darned satisfying about the word "hump" that i'm rather attached to it.  I'm glad i'm not demented or anything, and that you all like unicorns going at it as much as i do  Wink

yes, tiph, i was pondering this very dilemma the other nite.  screwnicorns does flow nicely, but hump is just such a great word.  hence, despite it's ridiculousness, i'm actually kinda fond of the song 'my humps'.  i've shown a few people at work this site and they too love the t-shirt!  i will wear it proudly (but prolly not at work...)

4  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / First Post - Earrings for moms on: January 28, 2006 08:08:13 AM
I'm just starting to get into beading and jewelery.  I made the longer, goldy pair for my mom and the shorter, silvery pair for my mother-in-law for their birthdays.
I find it takes me so long to even decide what beads to use, and then what order to put them in.  Sigh! Tongue
I think I need to get some more variety and more spacers, but I've already got so many beads, I feel I should use them up first!  Any suggestions on what to do with loads of seed beads!!??
