Does anyone know where I can get Jolee's Mini T-Shirts (for scrapbooking) in Ottawa?  IN Ontario?

Hi I am new to the doll scene.  I just got a copy of Haute Doll the other day and I am confused as to the size of different dolls.  There are 16", 11 1/2" and 1/6.  What is the 1/6 and can anyone tell me what Pullip and Dal are, and as to what size fashions they will fit?  I would hate to go on an ordering spree then have nothing fit properly.

BTW - has anyone else noticed the decline of Barbie/Fashion Doll clothing in toy stores?   I have been to a bunch of toy stores and department stores as of late and hardly any of them stock just the fashions anymore, sad really.
