11  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: We Love Our Blythes/Pullips Swap Round 4 Gallery on: June 15, 2007 07:03:01 AM
Yes I did recieve it sheriffkarli, I apologize for not posting sooner.  I am sorry for the undue worry I have caused.

And the package was amazing!  An adoreable tshirt with matching leopard, yes LEOPARD print pants!  A beautiful scarf (that I wish fit me lol), fairy wings, hair clips and a very cool bag that was either knit or crocheted and is so neat!  Thanks very much sheriffkarli!

The pompom scarf is so cool.  I'd love to know how it was made, can you just thread them all through a needle?

That is all I did!  KeenBean I am so glad you liked it!  This swap was super fun to craft.  I shall post pics of the cute out fit you sent me as soon as I recharge the batteries on my camera.

Sheriffkarli - the shirt is looking big on her - sorry about that - I hope you liked everything!
13  OCCASIONS AND HOLIDAYS / Weddings and Bridal Showers / Re: Love your wedding? Then show off your photos here! on: April 15, 2007 05:54:04 PM
I really didn't mind that everyone ate the cupcakes early, although it did kind of steal our thunder, when we got to the cake cutting and more than half the "cake" was already gone!   Smiley

Same happened at my wedding - we had to do some shuffling of cupcakes and interesting blocking in our photos......I knew I should have hired a security guard for the cake......

The girls like layered looks and Harry, well he's just Harry!
Boys  Roll Eyes lol

Have I told you how much I love Ceilidh's name? It's so perfect for her.

Thanks you!  I am afraid that if I change her wig her name won't suit anymore (silly yes I know) But then again she'll probably also be getting some sassy freckles...

Izzy, Leena and Ceilidh  (Ceilidh will be getting a new wig to better suit her personality)

Leena in her usual attire

I think they are fabulous (my DH would die laughing if I showed up in the bedroom with those though, the goofball  Undecided)

Yes but I must also ask the eternal question "how do they stay on?"
and the follow up "depending on what you use to keep 'em on, how much does it hurt if he gets overzealous/enthusiastic and rips 'em off?" Huh Shocked

Super glue? Gorilla glue? With clear tape around the edges to stop moisture and what not from getting back under the edges and causing the curl?
