1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Newsworthy - a newsboy style cap on: November 12, 2007 10:14:58 AM
My new hat.  Smiley I decided I wanted something newsboy-ish so this is what I came up with. I think it turned out pretty cute. There's an action shot on my http://www.ravelry.com/projects/gottamake/newsworthy Ravelry page for it, but I think it looks cuter on the lamp shade. If I get time, I'm going to try to write up the pattern before I forget what I did because I think I'd like to make more of them.

2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Celtic Vest on: September 25, 2007 10:15:11 AM

I finished the Celtic Vest from Fleece Artist. The pattern was a bit sketchy, but the yarn was bliss and the finished vest is very nice. You can read my blog entry here, if you like -

There is also a closeup of the clasp there.

3  NEWS AND DISCUSSION ABOUT CRAFTSTER / Craftster Itself / Why is it so slooooooow now? on: March 17, 2006 10:50:25 AM
For the past couple of months, I can barely use the forums here because they have gotten so slow for me. Also, half the time I hit the submit button, it doesn't even try to submit. Same goes for the preview button, though usually I can use alt+p to get the preview. Alt+s does not submit for me, however. Just wondering what is going on and if it is temporary because it takes so long for each post to load and then even longer if I attempt to reply to it, that I give up and decide to come back later. But later it is always the same. Sad
