I welcome comments, I would like to know what you all think of them Wink

2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Beer caps into BIG beads on: April 22, 2008 09:56:15 AM
They aren't the neatest soldering attempt, but they are different.  I like how they turned out.  I put copper foil tape around the 2 caps & then soldered on the foil & soldered a jump ring on the top.  I also made the chain that the beer caps are hanging from.  I'm gonna give the coors light cap to a friend & keep the bud for myself.
Thanks for looking Wink

3  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Wire wrapped heart necklace on: April 22, 2008 09:45:02 AM
I haven't decided if I like the heart on this chain or not, but not sure what kind of chain would look good with it.  The heart is rather large like 2 inch.  I would love some feedback.

Thanks

5  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Starburst ipod cozy on: December 29, 2006 08:23:54 PM
My niece just got a nano ipod for Christmas & wanted a cozy for it.  This is what we came up with.  Some pink & purple starburst wrappers & clear tape & velcro for the closure.  She is very pleased w/ it & insisted that I post a pic of it on Craftster.  She loves this forum as well I do now(got her hooked). Wink

6  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / A denim rag bag for my sister for X-mas on: December 29, 2006 08:17:07 PM
I made this bag for my sister for Christmas.  The front of the bag is made from a pair of her old jeans.  I didn't put any pockets on the inside.  She said that she really liked it anyways.

9  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Horse shoes in my kitchen on: March 17, 2006 09:30:28 AM
Last spring I got a new stove & I decided I needed a pot rack well I couldn't find one that would fit that I actually liked.  So I found an old windrow rake wheel outside in the junk pile.  I cut a section of it off & took the rake teeth off & drilled some holes in it & welded it to a couple horse shoes that had laying around, painted it & it works above my stove.  I'm thinking of making another so  I can hang more pots, of course I don't cook much but oh well.  Then the other pic is of my pot holder hanger I really like it, but I got the idea from a magazine.  It is an old rake that didn't have a handle that I cleaned up & welded it to a horse shoe of course.  Let me know what you think.  I'm really not a welder, but for little things like that I can manage to stick things together  Tongue  hee hee
Thanks for looking Grin
