What's up with that? I haven't been on here for a while. But I was browsing etsy and found someone is selling tutorials. All of her tutorials can be found here. So I know this isn't a coincidence.

Did things change around here? Is is now acceptable to take someone else's work and sell it as your own?? Am I the only one who finds this unethical?

In June I took a lampwork beginner workshop & I've been hooked ever since!

I've been renting studio time but not nearly enough! I can only really do about two hours a week.

Anyway, I haven't taken too many pictures of my beads but this is a set I made with some of my beads for a swap. My first ever pieces of jewelry!

Funny looking glass beads, preferably bigger ones.

Silver plated chain to make necklaces and other jewelry.

Silver plated copper wire (I think it is). I'm going to use it to crochet jewelry with and try to make a nestlace. I think it's supposed to be about 0.5 mm diameter.

Other silver or silver plated wire, different sizes. (Would love this, since I have a few projects in mind)

Silver or silver plated rings with loops (kind of) to put beads on… Make any sense? Also rings with a large plate (2 cm?) with sides (will try to find a link to make it less confusing) for crafting jewelry.

This is your chance to do a little stalking, and personalize and craft items for your partner based on their Craftster user name! This swap is about crafting the theme/meaning of your partners Craftster name & not the name itself. So, instead of putting "Mini" on a sweatshirt, you will knit me a mini sweater (or send me a Mini Cooper!), instead of putting "Octipii" on some stationary, you will draw some octopuses & put them on the stationary... Get it? umm.... I should say, does that make sense? ...

We will be crafting one large, one medium and one small item. Or two medium and two small items. Other combinations discuss with your partners.

Hi everyone,
Its been years since I've been dying to make soap.  I think I"m getting closer to "going for it". I've read alot about how to do it & I've seen lots of recipes. But, I have 495grams of coconut oil (solid form, like crisco) and was thinking I'd like to use this instead of an already existing recipe. Is this a bad idea? Can anyone provide a simpler calculator? The ones out there are a bit confusing. Can I use just this coconut oil or should I mix it with another type of oil?
