2  Re: Post Photos of Your Tattoos! in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by onasunnysunday on: January 22, 2008 12:03:40 AM
i love looking at this thread so finally thought i would post pictures of my own tattoos. the color one is the most recent. it was a xmas present from my mom!

newest tattoo. a fruit bat eating a mango. this is actually an illustration from a children's book.

simple heart outline on my wrist. my first tattoo ever.

this picture is from a couple of years ago but the best one i have of my other bat tattoo. from the same children's book as the one above. it's a mother bat in flight with her baby clinging to her chest.

more to come!

3  my first button up shirt! built by wendy sew u pattern in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by onasunnysunday on: May 03, 2007 11:54:02 AM
i just got a sewing machine not that long ago after i bought the built by wendy sew u book.  this is the shirt from the book. i modified it a little bit by shortening the sleeves and using an elastic cuff instead of the cuff that came with the pattern as was suggested by the book. i also didn't use the top collar part so that i would have a mandarin collar instead. this was only my second sewing project. my first was the skirt from the book.

i used this fabric:

4  buttons and earflaps! in Crochet: Completed Projects by onasunnysunday on: February 27, 2006 08:34:02 AM
i actually made this hat over winter break back in january but never got around to posting the finished results. sorry for the poor quality photo but i only have a camera phone right now. i might try to post more pictures later. i made up my own pattern. it's just a basic hat and then i crocheted ear flaps and put button holes on them. then i sewed on some buttons so they were able to be buttoned up or unbuttoned. i hope you like it!

5  crocheted earrings in Crochet: Completed Projects by onasunnysunday on: February 28, 2005 04:02:10 PM
so this is my first post of one of my projects so i'm pretty nervous. i've been crocheting for almost 2 years now (my mom taught me how to crochet over a winter break from school) but just tried using wire today. i added some beads and came up with these earrings. i know they are nothing special but i like them. hopefully after some more practice with the wire i can keep my guage easier and make even better things!
