1  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Get Product and Website Opinions / About to redo my website-need advice on what I should change and add on: January 06, 2006 12:01:19 PM
Hey everyone, I'm about to make a whole new site for my clothing co. I want to know what you think I can do differently, what you like about the current site, and other constructive criticism. My site is www.mysteryschoolclothing.com , it was the first website I've ever made. There are some things that I need to change, like the box at the top , where you click to other pages is goofed. I would appreciate any feedback, also I have to change servers-any recommendations?
2  CRAFTING FOR GOOD AND NOT EVIL / Crafty Charitable/Social Causes / Donate food and save rainforests, puppies, all with a click of your mouse on: December 19, 2005 07:22:37 PM
I wanted to tell everyone about this site that just by clicking you can donate food, books, help children with health care, fund mammograms, save land in the rainforests, and help stray animals-(whew)  www.thehungersite.com   People pay for ads, which do come up when you click (you don't even have to look at them) Then the site donates all of the monies to the various charities. You can click for each thing - Check it out, it tells you how much of what has been provided and or saved everyday. You don't even have to sign in or anything. I think they are so cool! At the bottom you can see how much they have donated every year. Smiley
3  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Completed Projects / Dreamcatcher finished yesterday- on: December 13, 2005 12:18:19 PM
Hi, I have been checking out all of the awesome things that you are making. I love it-so many ideas and everyone sharing! Yea! I make clothing, bags, jewelry- you name it. ( just like everyone here-multiple crafts going at all times  Wink )
I wanted to post this dreamcatcher that I made. I gathered a root from Mt. shasta and then laced it with hemp twine. I used feathers from a pheasent wing that I traded for from a native american man. ( I plucked tha feathers myself.) Don't worry the bird was not killed for the feathers and it lived a good life before it was dinner. I beaded the middle with amber, garnet, and sterling silver beads and hung a quartz crystal from it. It measures app. 21 inches long from top of stick to bottom of feather. I would love to know what you all think of my creation-

Ican't post pics in the hosting for some reason, so I hope you girls ( and guys, too) will check it out. Cool
