11  Sophie Bag in Knitting: Completed Projects by Xiuxiu on: January 07, 2005 11:00:25 AM
Hi all, I made the bag for my mum's christmas present.

I knitted the bag using cascade 220.  It used about 1.5 skeins. The bag pattern is free at magknits.com
And the flower pattern is from onmymind.blogdrive.com

Hope you like

12  Several scarves, shawl and a pullover in Knitting: Completed Projects by Xiuxiu on: November 16, 2004 11:04:29 AM
These are several things that I knit in the past month.
Scarf for my bf

Scarf for me

Shawl with pattern from vogue

Drop two pullover (close up look)

Drop two pullover (me wearing it)

The drop 2 pullover is the hardest thing that I've ever knit so far.  I made it for my mom, but I think I made it too small   Embarrassed

Let me know what ya think

13  Cozy from knitty in Knitting: Completed Projects by Xiuxiu on: November 16, 2004 10:59:26 AM
This is my version of cozy from knitty.  I used 1 strand of orange cotton yarn and 1 strand of lime green held together.  This is my first lace knit.  And it didn't turn out as good as I wanted it to be.  Oh well.

14  Knitted hats in Knitting: Completed Projects by Xiuxiu on: July 12, 2004 12:01:45 PM
Hi all, finally I can borrow a digital camera to post my projects.  This is the second hat that I made my bf (he lost the first one  Angry).  I use alpaca yarn and merino wool double stranded.
I sew a key ring to the bottom of the hat, so he can attach it to his jacket.  No reason to lose it again:)
The second hat is the first project that I knitted for myself.  It didn't turn out to be that great, oh well!
Hope the pictures work....*cross finger*
