Craftster member who is organizing this swap:melmelon

All ages allowed? Or 18+? 18+....but only because I want no excuses about your mom/sister/dog not being able to drive you to the post office so you can mail your package.

Organizer is aware of current list of "suspended traders"
list and will not allow those members to participate: YES

Organizer meets the 4 conditions for swapping and will make sure that every participant meets these conditions: YES

Details of swap:
make and send ONE or TWO items that are plant or garden related/inspired to your swap partner based on what they like...it can be useful, fanciful... whatever...although, I do not particularly recommend shipping concrete garden stepping stones...heh heh

*in the new swap ideas thread there was talk of sending seeds or a live plant as a little something something to be included....PLEASE check with your local p.o. to make sure this is allowed if this is something you would like to do.

feel free to post brainstorming ideas to this thread, as I am blanking right now  Tongue

If you want to participate, information to send to organizer:

QUESTIONNAIRE TO ANSWER:
Name of swap
Craftster username
Email address
Your real name
Mailing address
Would you be willing to ship to an address outside of the US?
do you have houseplants or a garden or both?
the usual about favourite colours and other assorted themes that you like.
is there anything you would have no use for? (watering can, row markers, whatever, plant inspired artwork)
what would you be thinking of crafting for your potential partner (I am having a hard time thinking of how to write this question up...but it's so I can better match people up if I know what you can/might do...make sense?)
anything else that you think I might need to know.

IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE, REMEMBER TO SEND YOUR INFO TO ORGANIZER VIA PRIVATE MESSAGE AND NOT TO REPLY WITH IT HERE.

Also remember to read the Swap Info Guide to find out how to ship your item and other details about participating in a swap.
3  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Newbie Swap? on: April 13, 2005 05:07:36 AM
I was thinking it was high time I started doing some swap organizing over here as well, not just participating in the awesome swaps.

soooooooooooooooooo, I was thinking to host one for the new guys. (well anyone is welcome, of course, but I am mainly thinking to enable others with the swap addiction) Any interest?

I was thinking a one or two item swap, less than 10 bucks (or would you prefer 5?) now we need a theme....ideas?
