1  NEEDLEWORK / Needlework: Completed Projects / Upcycled pillowcases on: March 22, 2012 05:38:51 PM
It took me a really long time to finish this project, but I am really proud of it.  If you want to see some progress shots you can find them in my flickr.

2  UNITED STATES / Massachusetts / craft mafia on: November 21, 2011 04:50:24 PM
I was listening to a hello craft podcast, and now I'm wondering if there is anyone else around who would like to start a craft mafia or some sort of craft night?  Let me know!
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Sock Monkey Wine Cozy on: November 20, 2011 09:03:52 AM
I am very proud of myself because this morning I actually finished a project and I love it.  Here is my sock monkey wine cozy.  I love the ears.  I am so happy with the way the ears came out.  Going to put it up on my etsy shop today.

4  CLOTHING / Clothing: Discussion and Questions / 12/3/05 Vogue Patterns on: December 03, 2005 12:47:18 PM
I just got back from JoAnns and they had vogue patterns on sale for 3.99 but I think it was for today only.  I just thought I would share the good news.  They are my favorite patterns but they are normally so expensive, and being a poor college student I can really only afford them when they are on sale.  Thats all.
5  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Stitch And BOTCH / I was looking forward to sewing all Thanksgiving break until... on: November 22, 2005 01:06:17 PM
So I know that I don't have a sewing machine at school so I haven't been able to sew in months, but when the first thing you pick up to work on does not work out it SUCKS!
I was trying to reconstruct a t-shirt and I'm pretty sure I may have ruined the tshirts, and it was a really cute shirt just too big.  I guess I'll have to figure something else out.  But I tried following this tutorial and the shirt just does not fit right so it looks funny.  I'm bummed and this seemed like a good place to vent my frustration.
