so basically...this is the super-est hat i've seen.  and one of my friends wants me to make him a hat for christmas, yeh man, that's easier than spending money, i'd say.

and basically, your hat wins, and therefore...i'm think...omgomgomgomgm imma try this.  color me nervous....

I somewhat like the belt-sash you've got on...red has become sadly expected or almost ordinary...

I read this thread on a daily basis, too. It's great! I just ordered a bunch more jersey fabric so I can make more and more of these, and I wanted to give y'all a heads-up: Fabric.com has a BUNCH of tissue-knit jersey (both cotton and polyester) for $1.99/yard

That's cheap, people!

Go and get some before they run out Smiley That's what I did!

oy!!!  I have been spending wayyy to much on fabric and whatnot and been doing nothing...but you!!! omg...1.99 per yard!?!??!?!?!?! for jersey knit???....the deal is too good...:-(  I purchased like...nine yards of random fabric...oy.  My dad's going to be like, "wasting your money again..."...i need to get off my arse and make use of my newwww serger!!!! eeep.  Thanks for the excellent tip.  It's a steal...but i'm getting so poorrr...sigh. bitter sweet.
9  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / Re: White Empire Waist Sundress on: July 09, 2006 12:58:32 AM
OY!!!!

amahzing.  Right now i'm on a fashion kick of empire waists and natural waistlines--not to mention the ever-flattering "sweetheart" shape neckline....  Oy.  Your dress hits the spot.  Hm, that came off kind of weird...But ggeeeezeee.  I'm so jealous.  I'm also in a beautiful relationship with full length dresses...I know what you mean about looking pregnant; although you do not, it sure does feel like it with the empire waist...but!  a full length dress, I believe, should lessen the effect.

But, I babble.

I'll just go to sleep now.

i really..think that's about it.  ha.  sigh...actually I'm pretty jealous...but...shh.
