Totally Deadpool, in his comic costume not the movie look.

Of course. The movie one didn't really have a look, did he? Color me disappointed.

That rawks. He's so cute. Yes indeed, I do think you get a geek card for this. Now I totally want to make a Data or Worf.

Thanks so much!

Now that I've seen the new Trek Movie, I might do another one of Spock with the grumpy face I used on Kratos.

Data and Worf are still on the list, too. LOVE Data.

Working on the doll has made me nostalgic about P:T, too. I think it will be on my "To Play (again)" list for the summer.

Beautiful embroidery work! I'm always impressed by people who have the skill and patience to hand sew and embellish their dolls.

woah!  This is totally sweet.  Lobo is so badass, he's the only DC character I really found interesting, because he was so off the wall.

Agreed. I've always been more of a Marvel gal myself. Pondering a Deadpool or Nightcrawler next. Cheesy

I am absolutely in love with this! I love Kratos and didn't know it was possible to make him so cute. You are amazing!

Thanks! The bad boys in comics and games always turn out to be the cutest Sackboys. Cheesy

These are hilarious and cute! My DH is a huge SG fan and would probably squee (in a manly way) over them. Cheesy

Actually, now that you mention it, I have an ex who periodically configures his hair and facial hair like an alien bounty hunter/biker dude's, too.  Cheesy

Not, of course, when I was dating him.
9  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Sackgirl Coraline on: May 06, 2009 04:35:46 PM
I took a break from detailed male Sackboys to make this Coraline Sackgirl for my friend Emily's birthday.

Her head and hands were crocheted from Red Heart Super Saver Buff, her jeans and hair were RHSS Windsor Blue, and her yellow coat and boots were Pigsbah Peaches & Creme in Yellow. Her hair is rooted directly to her scalp with two strands of blue yarn folded in half, drawn under a stitch in the head, and the loose ends pulled through the resulting loop. One of these days I will have to try the lace loom method, because this much hair takes a while to do!

I may actually change her shank button eyes to the creepy traditional ones with the holes punched in them before I mail her off to her new owner.

What do you all think?  Cheesy

So cute! Except it kind of looks like my ex-boyfriend, eerily so....

Thanks!

 Shocked

Your ex looks like an alien bounty hunter/biker dude?  Grin
