I used the ribbon tutorial at ohmystars.net . It was pretty easy. I started with a pair of capris that were dyed the wrong color. And I didn;t like them. So it turned out fine. THen I tried to make an off the shoulder shirt and the shoulders were too big and it was too wide. So I ruched the side and the shoulders. I wiil have to post a picture soon.

 Or you can take an embroidery hoop and tulle and put the tulle inthe embroidery hoop. Then you pke the earrings through the tulle!

 Do you know how much they hold? My aunt has been wanting one for her 2 cats(at first I put cars,lol) but they one cat weighs 20 pounds.  My cat would of liked that .  He was a big boy and he really didn;t fit in the window sill anymore.  I found a website that mentiooned craftster. It's not a webstite that I've heard of but here it is:www.sewwrong.com. If you scroll down a bit, first it has a little section called Wanna New Bag and they tell you about Jordy's square bottomed lined bag tutorial. Then they have a little section just called Craftster. I just typed in craftster at the top then pressed enter because the ".org" came up but it just led me to search results about Craftster!

 Yeah, I know about the black and Rit dye. I got these really bright pale lime green and baby blue capris for my birthday. I didn't like it. SO my mom bought some from Wal-mart and they are hanging  in the basement after a year beacuse they are an ugly grey.

If you have a V-neck shirt you could put it in the neck. Or you could sew it on some underwear (hehehe). THat's all I can think of

 HardCandy63: They are called latch hook kits. I have a dragon fly one right now. They sell them at Michael's  and A.C Moore. IO don't know abput Joann's.
 

my aunt used to give me covered shoeboxes full of craft gear when i was little and i loved it! good present!

other fun things (who cares what they are for? kids will think of something):

-colored pom poms
-pipecleaners
-googly eyes
-lick-n-stick shapes
-ribbons, fancy sticker tape (glow-in-the-dark, etc)
-big beads, small beads, buttons
-special markers (erasable, color change...)
-little packs of novelty crayons (glitter, dayglo...)
-scissors that cut scalloped borders

And maybe you could put in those things that are shaped ike zig-zags and are very colorful. Or they have sand art kits. Jsut don;t shake them. I learned  that the hard way!

 I read on their new Glitter that getCrafty might be back up because the team that has built and managed the site for the past 4 years is no longer involved with it. this team along with many of the frequent getcrafty contributors and some great new people on the editorial board are working on SuperNaturale. it is the focal point of our energies.

   I was going to getcrafty.com to just look for the millionth time . Look at this: http://www.getcrafty.com/. I am so sad to see a good website gone. This website :supernaturale.com has all the stuff the getCrafty had. Even their Glitter!

 I think I will have to make that for my 3 year old cousin! The little girl in your picture is so CUTE!
