I love it!  I've seen that fabric too, but never could figure out what it would look good as.

I may not be 100% correct on this, but I think it depends on the designer.  I know that Amy Butler fabrics are not to be used for resale. I believe it says that on the selvage edges of the fabric itself. 

I would assume that contacting the designer would be the best way to figure it out.
