a bleach stencil tee i made for my bf, he has recently moved to rural florida; where, we all know some of the most close-minded people in the nation live.  So I made him this shirt for the silent protest of stupidity.

2  pop [t]art in More Art, Less Craft: Completed Works by FreakshowKelsey on: January 18, 2008 06:25:03 PM

this has nothing to do with pop tarts i just couldn't resist throwing that "t" in there.  anyway, this is def. not fine art but it is a series of paintings i made quite a while ago of my bf's telecaster.  upon completion my only regret was that the backgrounds for the orange and yellow guitars were too similar.  maroon & yellow, purple & orange.  they were also a bitch to get hung up symmetrically.

clocks, purses, & bowls are pretty common, i've tried making bracelets but failed at it.  you can use 45s to make small bowls i made an ashtray out of one a while ago, but you could also use it to keep jewelry in,or something else.  the problem with making bowls out of them is that theres that giant hole in the middle, and that's why the lightning bolt is there.

My boyfriend is constantly losing his keys so I wanted to make him the best key holder ever.  I bought a cap gun and with some help from mi padre this is what we created.  The tip of the gun had been painted red but came mostly off with acetone, there is still a little inside which you can see in the last photo.
