What a hoot!  Great job and the modeling pics are priceless.  Now my dog is jealous....
2  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: My very, very long (20 ft.) scarf on: August 23, 2008 05:37:44 AM
Well you definetely rock.  I think it's totally awesome.  I salute you and your well earned garter stitch expertise.
3  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Sea Grass Cabled Scarf on: July 10, 2008 04:16:54 AM
The cable adds body to the scarf.  The pics make it look very sculptural.  Nice job!
4  CROCHET / Amigurumi: Completed Projects / Re: Cthulhu on: May 05, 2008 04:59:08 PM
How cute!  I'm primarily a knitter too but when I saw the book I had to pick up a copy.  I love how your Cthulhu turned out.
5  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Laminaria on: April 27, 2008 12:34:28 PM
That is so lovely.  I really like Shadow in that color way too.  Very nicely done.
6  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Jane neck warmer (with tute) on: December 30, 2007 05:18:34 PM
Very nice!  This is the perfect solution to the skein of Burley Spun (prairie fire) I have sitting in my stash.  Thanks so much for sharing the pattern.
7  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: How to knit a baby blanket... on: December 24, 2007 08:02:11 PM
Sounds like my recipe for a baby blanket except I locked my index finger in my car door (much swearing involved).  Did tendon  damage so I ended up with a 6 month break and I gave it to another baby (thank goodness for generic colors!).  Thanks for the laugh.
8  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Diagonal lace scarf, a christmas gift on: December 23, 2007 06:39:33 AM
Very nicely done.  I'm sure your aunt will love it.  I think I'll make one for my sister in MSU green (Cascade 220).  I have a boatload left after making hats for her sons and she'll look a little more fashionable on campus.
9  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Fuzzy Cat Sweater or How to Make your Cat Hate you on: December 23, 2007 06:19:38 AM
Your cat certainly seems to rock her sweater.  She is much more tolerant than mine.  Great job!
10  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Variation on a mitred theme on: December 23, 2007 06:11:29 AM
Wow, that turned out great.  I would want to show it off too.  I think she'll be very pleased.
