1  KNITTING / Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller / SnB Bikini on: April 28, 2004 08:55:33 AM
i searched and searched on here for the SnB queen of hearts/ wonder woman bikini....and i found nothing.  has anyone else made this?  i was thinking about making this next, but im a little worried about it.  i am going to order the yarn that the pattern calls for (classic elite star- 99% cotton/ 1% lycra) but i wanted to know if it can be worn in water?  im pretty pasty (all i do is burn), so i dont lay out any.  if im gonna make a bikini, i want to swim in it.  does anyone know if that will be a problem....its so much cotton with only a little bit of lycra?  if it is a problem, does anyone know what a good yarn for this would be?  (im hoping there is a good yarn for this...i really really want a bikini!!!)  thanks!
