1  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Who needs Santa toddler shirt on: December 30, 2006 10:21:22 AM
Another happy Sublime Stitching recipient:

The font was hand drawn onto the shirt from Jenny's new book. (Just back stitches alternating red and green.)
Thanks, Jonathan (pictured above) for the cute pose!
2  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / Completed Xmas presents!!! *Cat lovers beware... Updated w/new shirt pic on: December 15, 2006 10:57:59 AM
Okay I hope y'all can get my humor and I won't get blasted by all the cat lovers on Craftster (I'll keep my fingers crossed- I'm a nice person really!)  My family is highly allergic to cats- I am so allergic if I sit next to someone who owns I cat I can tell, hence my newest embroidery...

I am just kidding, btw!

Here are some napkins for a newlywed couple:

Thanks to all for the inspirations and to Jenny for the great patterns!!

p.s. Yeah! I figured out how to put the pics in!!! :>)

Last update 1/2/07: here's the "Big Brother" t-shirt I made:

I had to crop his head...
3  NEEDLEWORK / Sublime Stitching Embroidery / MIL Xmas embroidery present on: November 24, 2006 10:53:24 AM
Hello all,  I have been such a huge fan of craftster for sooo long and now I must finally post a newly finished project!  I hadn't embroidered for years but Ms. Hart has really inspired me to go, go, go!
Anyway, here is my newly finished Xmas present for my MIL.  I was originally going to do portraits of my two sons but scrapped that idea after I embroidered my littlest one and he came out a little possessed looking (maybe I will post that later)...So the banner and lettering is from the Stitch Kit and the log cabin scene was originally from needlecrafter.com and I changed a little scenery on it.  (Background, my MIL takes both of my sons for the weekend to their cabin and breaks all sorts of rules.  Nothing too bad but still enough to get them back rotten from Gram's!!!)  Enjoy and thank you for letting me "lurk" for so long. I really didn't mean to!!!!!
