1  Re: Knitty's Monkey-along? in Knitalongs by jax3303 on: March 02, 2007 08:01:17 AM
I finished my monkey's this past Wednesday Cheesy I'm really happy with them. This is the quickest I've ever finished a pair of socks. My Monkey's only took a week and a half from start to finish.

3  Christmas FO's + my Lopi Tote in Knitting: Completed Projects by jax3303 on: December 14, 2005 10:31:57 AM
it's blocking now, but I'm done with my lopi tote! Except it's not really a lopi tote, as I didn't use lopi to make it with. I used Brown Sheep's Lamb's Pride Bulky in the color Wild Violet. And, yes, it is sitting on a (clean) cloth diaper in the pic. It's still wet and I took it off it's drying hook for the pic, but I didn't want the fabric on my ottoman to get wet. I have it stuffed full with plastic grocery bags until it's done.

And, here's a pic of the Christmas Gifts I have finished so far. The red bag in the back is a Sophie bag for my sister, The Blue one is for my other sister, the dishcloths are for my aunt (I didn't realize until after I uploaded the pic that the round one is showing the wrong side) , the pink & white is a scarf and hat set for my niece, the larger socks are for my mom, and the small socks are for DD.

4  Knitted Sweater & Hat for DD in Knitting: Completed Projects by jax3303 on: November 15, 2005 07:29:23 AM
I just finished making this sweater/hat set for my 8 month old DD. I used Bernat Cotton Tots.  I didn't have a pattern for the sweater, I pretty much just winged it. I am very happy with how it turned out! The hat is the Umbilical Cord Hat from SNB.
