1  Memory box for school project in Scrapbooking: Completed Projects by flutegeek104 on: November 23, 2007 05:21:46 PM
So, for my History Class we have been studying our family history. Hence these snazzy memory boxes, which have all sorts of my family pictures and a few items too.

My brother's baby picture

My brother and I + a camp libby badge

A bunch of things...I'm in the left corner (the baby), my dad, brother and I are in the middle, and my mom on her wedding day is on the end

family portraits

My side, my pics+buisness card

my mom's senior pic+some pretty star fabric

My brother

my mom's family (from left to right); my grandma's baby pic, my uncle, my mom, my grandpa, my grandpa's baby pic, my grandma

A few of these are attached to foam sheets and are 3D. Buttons and spools of thread have been scattered throughout. It's a shoe box covered in tissue paper.

3  Re: The Art of Makeup in Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions by flutegeek104 on: October 07, 2007 05:42:43 PM
I wanted to bump up this great thread, and I had some makeup of my own to show off. Any help/tips would be greatly appreciated. Eyeliner is urban decay and the green eyeshadow was a random drugstore stuff. Crappy, but it's SOO bright.

I did this with just cold cream and food coloring tonight. Lookie!

Paste On

Paste off, guilding on

And when I took the guilding off, the paste stain came off too! Must be the hair gel. Just a tip...

6  New Bedroom! in Interior Decorating: Completed Projects by flutegeek104 on: September 09, 2007 07:50:22 AM
Finally! We finished the day before I finished school and have been adding finishing touches for 2 weeks now. We painted, ripped up carpet, laid laminate flooring, and moved my whole room around.

Old room for comparison, sorry about the crappy pics. These are all I have.

7  So I dyed my hair red...and it makes me happy in Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects by flutegeek104 on: August 20, 2007 01:02:14 PM
So, my hair has always been boring brown with a lot of natural highlights. Which was fine, but I didn't want that. I was auburn-ish, with a lot of red in it. Well, my hair seems to react to dye differently then some and it came out RED. I'm fine with it, my dad had a heartattack, and my mom thinks it looks cool. However, all my friends and brother love it! And I must say, I'm beginning to love it too.

Here are the pics...the color was supposed to be Natural Instincts "Cinnaberry"

Pardon the goofiness and very white face. It was about midnight when I took these. This is right after I dyed it...its not quite as red now.

8  Re: Record bowls-made with the grill in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by flutegeek104 on: August 16, 2007 03:49:50 PM
I was going to do these in the oven, but I have a bird and I was iffy about the fumes (Here he is...)

Even if he is a brat, I love him to much to risk it.
