1  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Cute baby girl clothing on: March 07, 2006 02:39:31 PM
My husband's cousin just had a baby girl last week. We have not have girls for a while in the family, so this is a nice change to make cute girlie stuffs.

Pixie stripe knitted set:

It has the cutest booties!

Lacy booties for fancier mood...
2  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Black crocheted choker on: November 21, 2005 06:46:28 PM
I've always admired the choker that Audrey Hepburn wore to the ball in My Fair Lady.  This choker does not look like it at all, but it was the inspiration. Perhaps one day I will make a white one with white crystals ... when I have money to spare to buy them.

3  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Scrap yarn on: November 21, 2005 11:51:56 AM
Hi, I joined crafster almost a month ago. I enjoyed this site immensely. Looking at other crafsters creations are so inspiring. Also, I can feel the kindness and the warmth generated by the members toward each other. This is a good place to belong to.

I've looked at the swaps & anxious to join, but the rule stated that I must be a member for at least a month, and have posted at least 15 posts. I like to lurk behind the scene (rather shy, I suppose), but I must get my 15 posts ... so here goes  Roll Eyes

One of my piano student's mom gave me a bag of various yarns that she'd purchased from garage sale. I made a scarf for my friend out of those yarns.  It fits her well, since she is quite bold/dramatic in her dressing
She's not scared of myriad colors:

She loves fringes:

She loves sparklies, thus the shiny beads:
